Jennifer brings warmth, professionalism, and real-world perspective to her work with couples. With advanced training in Gottman Method, EMDR, and trauma-informed care, she supports couples in navigating everything from everyday conflict to deep emotional wounds. After two decades in the corporate world, Jennifer transitioned into psychotherapy with a mission to help people build relationships rooted in trust, honesty, and emotional safety.

Our services are for individuals, teams, and organizations who want to address mental health challenges, support return-to-work transitions, or create a healthier work environment.

Early intervention focuses on preventing burnout or mental health decline before it becomes more serious. Therapy can be part of that, or a next step when more in-depth support is needed.

Yes. With the client’s consent, we can coordinate with employers to support return-to-work planning or team wellness goals.

Individual therapy sessions may be covered under employee benefits or private insurance. We can provide receipts for reimbursement.

We offer both. Virtual support is available across Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba,Saskatchewan,and BC, and in-person sessions may be available depending on location.
